About MDR Furniture

MDR Furniture is a company located in Mequon, Wisconsin and born from my passion for handmade, unique items. Since 2000, I have been interested in working with materials of all kinds. It started as a hobby that turned into passion, and then blossomed into a career of crafting and creating custom items for customers. I am a furniture builder first all items in my shop are made from the small leftover lumber and unique pieces of wood I couldn't find a home for. Everything can also be customized!

This was a very fun piece to build. Made from Purpleheart and White Maple, The chess enthusiast would love this living room set. Along with the individually inlaid pieces for the board, a king and queen chess piece is also inlaid. This coffee table comes with 2 matching end tables.
